Right of withdrawal (cooling-off period) / Returns

If you are a private customer living in the European Union, you have the statutory right to cancel your order without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving it. During this cooling-off period, you may inspect and test the product as you would in a physical store, to assess whether you want to keep it. If you have used the product more than necessary to assess it, we may charge you for any loss in value resulting from that use. If you wish to exercise this right, please notify us by email within the 14-day period. You must then return the product within 14 days. The cost of returning the product is for your own account. Once we have received the product back and checked it, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days, using the same payment method you used for the purchase. This right of withdrawal does not apply to business customers (B2B), unless expressly agreed otherwise. It also does not apply to orders delivered outside the European Union; see our delivery terms for the rules that do apply there.
