Ordering & appropriateness

How do I know if this part fits my Renault?

We specialize in the Renault 12 and Renault 16. For most products you will find the model and applicable version(s) listed. Make sure you always check this yourself for your car model. We are always happy to help you with these models if you have any doubts. We also sell parts for other Renault models, but we often lack the detailed knowledge to guarantee suitability for your specific version. If you have any doubts, feel free to order: you can always return the part within 14 days if it does not fit (see 'Returns & warranty' for the conditions).

My model is not in the list, can I still order?

We are continuously expanding our range with more parts. If your part is not listed, keep a close eye on the webshop to see if it becomes available.

What is the difference between NOS and used?

NOS stands for “New Old Stock”: a new, unused part that still comes from the original stock at the time. These parts may have minor damage due to long-term storage and/or transport. Used parts come from dismantled cars and are checked for functionality before they enter the webshop, the photos are representative of the part you receive.

I don't know which part I need, can you help?

Certainly. Send us a photo of the part or describe the problem and we will help you find the right part. Please note that we are only experts for the Renault 16 and Renault 12.

Can I receive photos of a specific part in advance?

For used parts, you can always ask for additional photos before ordering, so you know exactly what you are getting.

Can I order multiple parts at the same time to save on shipping costs?

Yes, all parts are combined in one shipment as much as possible. Therefore, it is best to place your orders in one go, or contact us if you want to supplement a previous order.

Do you also offer parts that are not in the webshop?

Some of our stock is not yet online. We are working hard to get this online.
